- You will be responsible for setting up and equipping CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, robots, Zippel washing systems and leak testing systems
- You will be responsible for maintaining production while taking quality into account, delivery costs and delivery reliability
- You are responsible for deputising for the shift supervisor (m/f/d) in the event of absence
- You are also responsible for instructing employees on production machines
- You take care of production approval, taking quality, occupational safety and environmental aspects into account, aspects relevant to quality, occupational safety and the environment
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks based on maintenance plans is part of your job
- Process optimisation (process routes, tool and programme optimisation) is part of your everyday work
Requirements
- You have completed training as a fitter (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in mechanical production
- Reading and understanding technical drawings is a matter of course for you
- Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
- Commitment, reliability as well as an independent and safe way of working speak for you
- a valid work permit rounds off your professionalism
