- You will independently process various materials such as metal and plastic for the manufacture of our products in the areas of implants and instruments
- You will produce high-precision individual parts and small series on modern, partially automated CNC machines with up to 9 axes (turning, milling, grinding)
- You will be responsible for quality assurance with the usual measuring and testing equipment, optimise setting data in the event of dimensional or quality deviations and document these processes carefully
- the creation of production documentation is also part of your area of responsibility
- you identify and rectify minor machine faults independently, the maintenance and care of the systems are also part of your daily business
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC machine operator (m/f/d), CNC miller (m/f/d), CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the metal sector with a focus on turning/milling
- founded professional experience in the field of CNC as well as initial experience in the operation of machining centres are an advantage
- good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
- both team-oriented and independent work suits you, and good communication skills round off your profile
