- You will operate the TOS WH-105 drilling machine, which is equipped with a modern CNC Heidenhain control
- In special machine construction, you will drill precisely according to drawings and take over individual and small series production with quantities between one and four
- You will independently programme the control for the respective work steps
- With the help of an overhead crane, you will confidently move components of up to 2m x 1,20m x 1.80m made of the materials ST37 and ST52
- you will master the clamping of the components and drill or spindle holes from 8mm to 200mm in different sizes
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) and have experience in CNC programming with a Heidenhain controller
- Your way of working is characterised by diligence, You also impress with good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- You are experienced in the safe and professional handling of operating and auxiliary equipment such as tools and machines
- Technology is your strength and a very good understanding of technical drawings and documents rounds off your profile
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
