Job description

  • The co-responsibility for the development and consistent implementation of efficient, digital and legally compliant processes within the entire payroll processes is in your hands
  • In your role, you control both strategically and operationally the monthly settlement of all salaries and hourly wages with special consideration of relevant collective bargaining provisions
  • In the context of payroll accounting and time management, you independently process all preparatory and and follow-up issues and ensure smooth processing for the workforce
  • Through your expertise, you ensure strict compliance with all current tax, social security and labour law requirements at all times, social security and labour law requirements within the entire HR services of our client at all times
  • to support the department management, you will provide professional guidance and targeted further development of your team members and accompany the onboarding of new colleagues:
  • A trusting cooperation with the management, the finance department and external partners is an integral part of your varied and responsible field of activity
  • The creation and in-depth analysis of relevant KPIs is just as much a part of your sphere of activity as support with annual budget planning and regular forecasts

Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or commercial training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) forms your professional foundation
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of collective bargaining law for the confident performance of this position at our client
  • A confident handling of modern HR software solutions and the common MS Office applications, especially Excel, in your day-to-day work
  • You will use your German language skills at native speaker level confidently in your daily exchanges with colleagues and external partners:and external partners and impress with your precise way of expressing yourself
  • A structured way of working, strong leadership skills and a high level of service orientation characterise your team-oriented personality in dealing with various internal interfaces in particular
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
