• You are the primary contact person for all technical systems in your area of responsibility and are responsible for their proper functioning and the long-term maintenance of the value of the property
• In addition, you ensure trouble-free system operation with your own team and external service providers and coordinate all operations to quickly rectify technical defects or faults
• You also develop complex maintenance plans, ensure its consistent implementation and conscientiously fulfil your contractual rights and obligations from existing maintenance contracts
• for tenders, you create detailed service descriptions and specialist service specifications and always pay attention to the commercial profitability and technical feasibility of the planned measures
• in negotiations with installation, maintenance and repair companies, you act confidently and represent the interests of the customer and the economic goals of your own company:
• You draw up well-founded operational and operator concepts, keep them up to date and manage the operational staff, such as tradespeople or caretakers, in your area of responsibility
• You develop and implement strategic quality standards and efficient processes for operations and plan the entire maintenance process, from inspections to complex technical innovations
• Discuss and coordinate with users, building management and various external parties:
• You are responsible for carrying out meetings and coordination with users, building management and various external companies and always act as a competent mediator between the parties and interests involved
• Finally, you are responsible for drafting independent technical statements, are temporarily involved in construction projects and create innovative concepts for professional acceptance and commissioning management within your properties

• You have completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in technical property management or facility management, ideally with a strong focus on the holistic management of residential property portfolios
• You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and specific CAFMsystems characterise you and enable you to produce structured documentation and efficiently plan your daily work processes
• German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as a clear and precise manner of expression are essential for internal and external communication with all parties involved
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and a strong service orientation, to be able to act confidently and customer-orientated even in challenging situations
• You have a sound knowledge of operator responsibility and the relevant standards and regulations of technical building equipment to ensure legally compliant plant operation in your properties
• Finally, you are a motivating leadership talent and work in an absolutely structured, reliable manner and with a high awareness of economic responsibility within the technical projects you are responsible for
