- You will monitor and control the production facilities for the manufacture of frozen products
- You will actively support the shift supervisor in organising and leading the production team
- You will be responsible for compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
- During the shift you will be responsible for and hygiene regulations
- During the shift, you will be responsible for the processes and their coordination
- You will be involved in the induction of new employees and assist with training
- You will carry out maintenance work and troubleshooting on equipment independently
- With your commitment, you will promote continuous improvement in the work area
Requirements
- You have completed training as a food technology specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- You have experience in production and ideally some initial management experience in a team
- You have impressive knowledge of hygiene, quality management and food law
- In addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- A willingness to work shifts at all times
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility are among your most important qualities
- A valid work permit rounds off your profile
