- You represent and support the team leader, making you the central link within the team
- You are responsible for information management and, together with the team leader, promote quality assurance in work processes and results
- You are responsible for ensuring that all tasks in the respective area are completed on time and correctly
- You reliably take care of the support of our insured persons, for example, when you are called upon by employers to submit notifications of enrolment, departure, remuneration or absences
- You will carefully handle the determination and payment of all benefits such as company pensions, taking into account tax law and health and long-term care insurance contribution obligations, You will bring even complex cases such as marriage compensation to a successful conclusion
- Your expertise will be demonstrated in the technical and legal processing of challenging matters, including complaints and overpayments
- As a contact person (m/f/d) in the area of supplementary benefits, you will take on advisory and consultant tasks
- You will provide administrative and organisational support to strengthen the management of the department and play an active and reliable role in projects
Requirements
- A completed degree in the higher non-technical administrative service or a completed university degree in a comparable course of study, alternatively completed training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training and a completed further training course to become an administrative specialist (m/f/d) or the willingness to attend a qualification or promotion course; the equivalents from the civil service are recognised as equivalent
- A good grasp of the subject as well as written and oral expression skills, in particular the ability to deal with complex issues. The equivalents from the civil servant sector are recognised as equivalent
