    Job description

    • You will be responsible for the professional selection, approval and continuous monitoring of new technical equipment and highly efficient processes within the entire production environment
    • In addition, you will be responsible for the precise design and technical support of production as well as the successful commissioning of technical systems and complex equipment
    • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the strategic development and complete documentation of modern machines, innovative test procedures and detailed work instructions to ensure the highest quality standards in the plant
    • The development of technical specifications and the definition of suitable equipment for production are also part of your responsible tasks in this dynamic working environment
    • As part of your job, you will support the team in professional maintenance and repair management and independently manage future-oriented projects to optimise the technical infrastructure
    • Finally, you will be responsible for the interface function between the process engineers, the production department and external partners, production and external partners and provide expert guidance to maintenance staff

    Requirements

    • You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering at a recognised state university or technical college
    • In addition, you have at least three years of sound professional experience in a comparable position within a manufacturing industrial company as well as a profound technical understanding of complex systems
    • Your confident knowledge in the use of common computer programs and in particular in the CAD software SolidWorks will make you a competent specialist for daily design work
