- You are responsible for the constructive and timely processing of customer orders
- You create constructive production documents for production and maintain variably controlled CAD models for product configuration
- You actively take on project planning and independent processing of large orders and projects
- You participate in quality control loops and implement measures for process improvement
- In cooperation with sales, field service and customers, you clarify technical and commercial discrepancies
- as the primary contact person for major customers, you deal with quality problems, carry out root cause analyses and implement corrective measures
Requirements
- You have completed training as a technical draughtsman (m/f/d), technical product designer (m/f/d) or mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d)
- You are confident with CAD software and Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
- You have a good command of English
