• You will be responsible for the creation and processing of shipping documents (national and international)
• You will also be responsible for customer communication and support by telephone and e-mail
• You will also be responsible for scheduling and planning shipments
• In addition, you will coordinate with freight forwarders and transport service providers
• You will be responsible for monitoring and checking delivery dates

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
