- You create delivery notes and book outgoing goods in SAP
- You also pack outgoing goods and prepare them for dispatch
- You organise and schedule shipments between business partners and customers
- In addition, you support colleagues on the shop floor if required:
- You communicate with interface partners and record statistical error messages
- You also prepare customs shipments for import and export and take over shipping preparations for dangerous goods shipments
- You manage master data and parameters for the WMS, material and load carriers
- In addition, you consistently ensure compliance with the applicable quality and safety regulations in all processes
Requirements
- You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have 3-5 years of experience in the tasks mentioned
- You are familiar with customs clearance, Atlas knowledge is an advantage, and have practical experience in dealing with SAP
- You are familiar with dangerous goods handling according to ADR
- Very good knowledge of German also speaks in your favour
- You are willing to work in shifts
- You are characterised by a good understanding of logistics as well as a flexible, reliable way of working
