• you will notify forwarding agents of shipments
• you will initiate delivery notes based on production orders and prepare the documents required for shipping, such as freight documents, forwarding orders and customs documents, are part of your area of responsibility
• you handle customs formalities in accordance with country and customer-specific regulations
• you are responsible for handing over the delivery documents to the packing centre and issuing invoices to customers
• you process delivery reminders and support order processing

• You have commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d), mandatory
• You also have professional experience in the shipping sector
• You are proficient in using ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and a valid work permit
