Job description
- As part of your job, you will be responsible for the digitisation of existing personnel files, including all scanning work and the necessary preparation and post-processing of documents

- In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the specialist department in administrative matters and will carry out general assistance tasks as well as classic processing topics within personnel administration
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining relevant master data in the system and thus ensure complete and legally compliant documentation within the HR department for our customers
- The execution of special tasks in individual cases is also part of your daily tasks, where you respond flexibly and professionally to the specific requirements of the scanning team within the specified time frame

- Furthermore, you will support the team in the quality assurance of the digitised documents and ensure the availability of all important personnel documents at all times through your precise working methods
- Finally, you will be responsible for the correct filing of the physical files after the scanning process and pay strict attention to compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and internal archiving requirements
Requirements
- A completed commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office communication specialist (m/f/d) in a comparable company
- In addition, you have initial practical work experience in processing or personnel administration and are confident in using modern scanning systems and various archiving solutions for digital documents
