- You issue invoices on the basis of order confirmations and production cards and ensure smooth processing
- Delivery notes, export declarations, certificates of origin, customs documents and carnets independently and coordinate all the necessary processes
- Process documents in accordance with the respective terms and conditions of the letter of credit and work closely with the bank
- Prepare monthly intrastate reports independently and on time
- Manage and monitor export tax certificates
- Obtain freight cost quotations independently, compare them and make the appropriate selection
- Register shipments with freight forwarders and ensure a smooth shipping process
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector is your basis
- Professional experience in invoicing and shipping is desirable and will make it easier for you to get started
- Experience in dealing with an ERP system will give you additional confidence in your everyday work
- You are confident in using MS Office applications.system will give you additional confidence in your day-to-day work
- you are confident in using MS Office applications and use them for your daily work
- good written and spoken English skills enable you to communicate in international shipping
- an independent and structured way of working characterises your working style
