• Dispatching and coordinating service technicians and fitters independently - this includes scheduling maintenance, repair and installation orders
• Receiving orders by telephone, coordinating appointments, advising customers competently and processing complaints reliably
• Completing all orders on time, especially in the area of maintenance contracts, and monitor progress
• For smooth execution, you plan vehicles, tools and required materials
• Material planning and logistics, including the procurement and organisation of spare parts, are part of your range of tasks
• You prepare quotations, carry out post-calculations, record working hours and ensure correct invoicing

• A completed apprenticeship in the HVAC sector, for example as a HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/d), or a commercial apprenticeship with technical understanding
• Ideally, you already have experience in customer service
• Organisational talent and the ability to react quickly enable you to work efficiently
• You are confident and experienced in using common Office applications
• Very good written and spoken German skills support your daily communication
