Job description

  • You ensure the availability of materials by coordinating procurements and processing orders in SAP
  • With your consistent monitoring of delivery dates, you recognise deviations early on and actively follow them up
  • Through your careful inventory tracking, you keep an eye on customer call-offs and reliably ensure minimum stock levels
  • In direct customer support, you ensure smooth communication
  • With your close cooperation with logistics, production and sales, you make processes efficient and transparent

Requirements

  • You have completed training in the commercial or technical field and thus have a solid foundation for your tasks
  • with initial experience in materials planning, you will make it easier for you to start in this position
  • thanks to your knowledge of SAP and MS Office, you will control processes safely and efficiently
  • thanks to your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, you will present yourself confidently both internally and externally and actively support colleagues:
  • With your good command of written and spoken English, you provide professional support to customers
  • Your resilient, flexible and independent way of working allows you to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
  • With your quick grasp of new topics, you familiarise yourself quickly and support your team effectively
