• You are responsible for the scheduling and planning of lorry transports
• Independently coordinate and monitor all transport processes
• In close cooperation with the drivers, our customers and the internal departments, you ensure that everything runs smoothly
• you actively support administrative processes that arise in everyday office life
• you carefully check both invoices and the associated transport documents

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• With your experience in transport, logistics or forwarding, you bring valuable know-how to our team
• You are confident in using common Office applications
• Good organisational skills are one of your strengths
