• In a daycare centre with all-day care, you will accompany children in the elementary sector and create a safe, stimulating environment

• You have a suitable pedagogical qualification in accordance with §16 Para. 1 of the Thuringian Daycare Centre Act, e.g. as a state-recognised educator (m/f/d), curative educator (m/f/d) or comparable training
• alternatively, you have a suitable Bachelor's degree, for example in early childhood, childhood education, social work or as a social pedagogue (m/f/d)
• a high degree of empathy, sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team characterise your way of working
