- You will independently design and carry out development-promoting activities with the children in the group aged 0-3 years
- You will be responsible for supervising the children - after familiarisation, you will lead the group independently and ensure a safe atmosphere
- Portfolio design and conducting parent-teacher meetings are an integral part of your job and enable you to provide individual support for the children
Requirements
- Completed training as an educator (m/f/d) is mandatory and forms the basis for your entry
- Completed training in first aid is welcome, but not a requirement
- Experience in the daycare centre sector will support you in working with the little ones, but is not necessarily expected
- a good command of written and spoken German will give you strong communication skills in everyday life
- existing measles protection is mandatory for working with children
- empathy characterises your way of working in particular
