Job description

  • You will be responsible for the loving care, upbringing and holistic education of the children entrusted to you within the fixed group structures, taking into account individual needs
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the conscientious preparation of detailed development documentation and the targeted planning of individual support for each individual child in everyday life
  • Furthermore, you will look after the children in terms of care and, through your attention, always ensure a safe and secure environment within the facility
  • Preparation, preparation, implementation and professional follow-up of regular parent-teacher conferences is also one of your important tasks in the context of a successful and trusting educational partnership
  • as part of your daily work, you support the entire team in organising a varied daily routine and actively contribute creative educational impulses
  • finally, you are responsible for compliance with educational quality standards and, through your commitment, ensure high-quality support for the child development processes in the daycare centre

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an educator (m/f/d) or childcare worker (m/f/d) and ideally have further academic training through a degree in childhood education or educational science
  • In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in child-centred pedagogy and are very familiar with the current concepts of early childhood education
  • Your confident knowledge in the creation of observation and documentation forms as well as the application of modern educational software solutions and documentation forms as well as the use of modern pedagogical software solutions characterise you in your daily work
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure smooth communication with the children, parents and your team colleagues:
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of empathy and team spirit in order to quickly integrate yourself into the existing structures of the facility
  • Finally, you are a loyal personality and work absolutely reliably, responsibly and always with a large portion of joy in working with young people
