- You support pre-school children with mental and/or physical disabilities as well as developmental and behavioural disorders in relearning physical and sensory functions
- With your eye for individual strengths, you specifically promote the children's abilities and potential
- Through the measures you develop, you create opportunities to compensate for permanent limitations
- by offering motivating movement and perception exercises, you make it easier for the children to access new experiences
- thanks to your support, you give the children the greatest possible degree of independence and freedom of action in everyday life
- in the creation of therapy plans, you bring parents and other necessary professionals together in a targeted manner
- in close cooperation with the parents and the children's social environment, you design the curative educational support in a sustainable and individualised way
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a state-recognised educator (m/f/d) with an additional curative education qualification or have a degree as a curative education nurse (m/f/d) or curative educator (m/f/d)
- Your social empathy and sensitivity enable you to respond to the individual needs of the children
- With your ability to work in a team, your commitment and resilience, you are a valuable support in everyday working life
- You use your good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with children, parents and colleagues
- You have a class B driving licence and your own car
