- You are actively involved in supporting lessons and specifically promote the development of children in a school context
- With a clear view, you structure everyday life and provide security in daily routines
- You organise social integration with sensitive measures and support children in this,
- you provide basic care independently and ensure that the individual needs of each child are treated with respect
- in crisis situations, you react confidently and address the children's concerns in a targeted manner
- communication is at the centre of your work - this is how you create trust and understanding within the team and with everyone involved
Requirements
- You have completed training as a state-approved educator (m/f/d)
- A driving licence and your own car allow you flexibility in your work
- You have previous pedagogical knowledge and convince with your commitment
- Patience, empathy, reliability and communication skills characterise your daily work
