• You plan, tender and supervise renovation and new construction measures for all technical trades, supported by freelance planning offices or independently
• As an expert builder-owner, you take responsibility for challenging construction projects
• Under your leadership, maintenance of technical facilities is efficiently coordinated

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information and communication technology, mechanical engineering, supply engineering or a comparable specialisation
• You have knowledge in the fields of power engineering, information and communication technology and supply engineering or are willing to familiarise yourself with them
• Ideally, you have already been involved in exciting medium to large-scale projects and have gained experience in maintenance - both are an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• You have negotiating skills and a confident manner as well as a class B driving licence or comparable authorisation
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You work independently and are happy to take on tasks independently
• Economic thinking, sense of responsibility and a high degree of reliability characterise you
