- You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems in commercial properties
- With your specialist knowledge, you will install control, signalling and lighting systems and ensure that they function properly
- You will localise faults in controlled systems, such as ventilation and supply technology and door systems, and rectify them quickly and efficiently
- You read circuit diagrams safely and carry out regular tests on electrical equipment and systems
- In addition, you carry out inspections, identify faults and report them to the relevant departments for rectification
- With your expertise, you take care of the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure trouble-free operation
Requirements
- You have completed training as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have professional experience in the maintenance of electrotechnical systems and are confident in handling test equipment as well as in building systems and building control technology
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, to complete administrative tasks efficiently
- You have a 20kV switching licence, which is required to carry out certain work
- Your German language skills are in the B1-B2 range, so you can communicate confidently
- A class B driving licence will benefit you and enable you to carry out your tasks flexibly
- A valid work permit will round off your profile
