• You are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure professional communication on site and on the phone
• You carry out maintenance, inspections and servicing work independently and with technical expertise
• In the event of malfunctions, you analyse the causes, rectify faults and carry out targeted repairs
• Safety and functional checks are also on your agenda
• Commissioning systems and providing users with in-depth training:
• You routinely create comprehensive documentation and reports, transfer relevant data to IT systems and keep technical documents up to date

• You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electrical fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Your previous professional experience in the field of electrical engineering characterises your previous career
• You work confidently and efficiently with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) you work confidently and efficiently
• You have a good command of written and spoken German at a practical level
• You have a class B driving licence
• A valid work permit is a matter of course for you
