Job description
- You will carry out maintenance work on gravure and flexographic printing machines and finishing systems independently
- With analytical skills, you will track down faults, eliminate malfunctions and carry out repairs on printing and finishing machines as well as on building equipment and systems
- You will ensure production safety by taking care of mechanical, pneumatic and electrotechnical components of the machines
- You will carry out plumbing work, especially around the cold water and compressed air supply
- , mechanical, pneumatic and electrotechnical components of the machines
- You will also carry out professional plumbing work, in particular relating to the cold water and compressed air supply
- In addition, you will carry out various pneumatic, mechanical and electrical tasks as part of investments and technical improvements to the systems
Requirements
- You have completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial electronics technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession
- You are well positioned with valid welding licences or reliable welding skills
- You have experience in pipe installation work for compressed air and liquids
- You are very familiar with the maintenance of production systems
- Basic knowledge of PLC Siemens S7, control technology and electronics are part of your profile
- your expertise in mechanics, pneumatics and electrics
- You have a good command of spoken German and have valid working papers
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and to be on call is a matter of course for you
- Reliability, a careful way of working and a pronounced quality awareness characterise you
