- You will analyse and process metal housings, with sizes of approximately 50cm x 40cm x 30cm
- When disassembling and assembling the housings, you demonstrate technical skills and a confident handling of various tools
- You can rely on the preparation of the housings for painting (such as cleaning and masking) as well as on your keen eye for detail
- You take over the diagnosis of precision mechanical assemblies.
- You will be responsible for analysing precision mechanical assemblies and carefully disassembling and assembling them according to the available documentation
- You will use test systems to carry out precise adjustments to precision mechanical assemblies and contribute to quality assurance
Requirements
- With a completed apprenticeship in an electromechanical profession, such as electronics technician (m/f/d), you have laid the foundation for your tasks
- You have gained practical experience in the processing of electrical machines and fine drives as well as in precision mechanics
- In addition, you have professional experience in maintenance
- Carefulness and reliability characterise your way of working and give both you and your team security
- Thanks to your knowledge of MS-Office, you are also well positioned digitally
- technical understanding and manual dexterity are a matter of course for you
- fluent German skills enable you to communicate smoothly in everyday working life
