Job description

  • You create work orders for maintenance, damage reports and stock material and create annual vehicle orders and reliably maintain wage data in the system
  • You check and approve purchase requisitions, orders for external services and the IT department as well as daily maintenance orders on your own responsibility
  • Hour bookings, overtime bookings as well as monthly and annual financial statements and adjust weekly schedules in SAP as required
  • Monitoring maintenance intervals and expanding vehicle structure lists are part of your remit, as is audit-proof documentation of all processes
  • You support the team with maintenance schedules and work with tools such as SAP to ensure precise controlling and accounting processes


Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience
  • good knowledge of MS Office and commercial systems such as SAP enables you to maintain and analyse data with confidence
  • strong communication skills, customer orientation and strong organisational skills characterise your structured way of working
  • Cross-trainers:
  • A precise and audit-proof way of working is required for all typical office tasks
