Job description

  • You will be responsible for determining enforceable claims
  • You will be responsible for processing the enforcement list and other checklists in this specialist area
  • You will be responsible for providing written, You are responsible for advising clients in writing, by telephone and in person within the scope of your area of responsibility
  • You are responsible for preparing enforcement orders
  • You are also responsible for foreign enforcement
  • You take care of the write-off and cancellation of contribution claims (list posting)
  • You process insolvency decisions
  • You evaluate and record tax audit reports

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a social security clerk (m/f/d), paralegal (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d), administrative assistant (m/f/d), notary clerk (m/f/d) or comparable professional training and professional experience in the field of enforcement and insolvency
  • You also have a sound and comprehensive knowledge of social security law and related law
  • You are confident in using BITMARCK 21c|ng, D3, GPS_KV and SABIO as well as with the standard MS Office software (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • good German and maths skills speak for you
  • You are reliable, solution-oriented and a team player (m/f/d)
