• You will develop holistic physical security solutions for banknote printing plants and data centres and design complex security architectures that set new standards in the high-security industry worldwide
• In addition, you will be responsible for planning intrusion detection systems, video surveillance systems and access control systems and support these challenging projects from the initial concept phase through to detailed implementation planning
• In addition, you will draw up precise technical specifications and functional descriptions and actively support international tenders and the targeted selection of innovative technologies for global locations
• You will also be responsible for the technical management of international security integrators, You will check the plans and the quality of implementation and initiate any necessary corrective measures
• As part of your role, you will take on the (partial)project management in critical phases and confidently coordinate all internal and external stakeholders involved to ensure on-time completion
• You provide comprehensive advice to the internal security managers on technical issues and actively participate in the continuous development and optimisation of company-wide security standards
• Finally, you are responsible for the integration of PSIM solutions and use your expertise to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way and make well-founded decisions in an international project environment

• You have a degree in safety and security technology, electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable STEM field as an engineer (m/f/d) or scientist (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have at least five years of sound professional experience in the planning or management of demanding security or infrastructure projects, ideally within an internationally operating corporate environment
• Your solid knowledge of AutoCAD and in the areas of intrusion detection technology, video analysis, access control and modern control centre or PSIM solutions characterise you as a competent technical contact person for complex security issues
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English to ensure smooth communication with international stakeholders and suppliers at all times
• You have a valid work permit and residency in Germany, to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions and have the necessary willingness for occasional international business trips
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and intercultural competence, which enables you to manage international teams and external service providers with professional confidence
• Finally, you are a solution-oriented team player:and work in a very structured and independent manner, always maintaining an overview of technical quality standards even in critical project phases
