• You will be responsible for the technical coordination and continuous development of the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection in close cooperation with the managers
• In addition, you will maintain the existing management system in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and manage the sustainable follow-up of all defined measures for continuous process improvement
• Furthermore, you will independently carry out safety inspections and analyse accident incidents and observations, to derive suitable improvement measures for daily operational work processes
• Advising the management and employees on all aspects of occupational health and safety and environmental protection to promote a binding safety culture is also part of your area of responsibility
• As part of your role, you will manage the occupational safety committee and coordinate the preparation and review of documents for international construction site and external company approval
• Furthermore, you will support the conception and implementation of targeted training measures to empower those responsible on site at our customer's various international customer locations
• Finally, you will assess the specific requirements for handling pharmaceutical products and customer samples and coordinate the professional involvement of external specialists at international customer locations as required

• You have completed a technical or scientific degree in the fields of safety engineering, environmental management or a comparable qualification as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) including as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of occupational safety and environmental protection, which you have ideally already gained in an industrial environment or with a plant manufacturer
• Your solid knowledge in the application and further development of management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 characterises you as a qualified occupational safety specialist (m/f/d)
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for professional communication with international customers and internal contact persons
• You are a qualified occupational safety specialist (m/f/d):and internal contacts
• Furthermore, you have a high level of communication and moderation skills as well as an analytical understanding of the cooperation with various internal and external specialist departments and partners
• Finally, you are willing to travel internationally on occasion and convince with your independent, structured and solution-oriented work, structured and solution-oriented way of working to ensure the highest safety standards in the company
