Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent preparation of nature conservation approval documents as well as the technical review of complex environmentally relevant documents to ensure all legal requirements within the project planning

Requirements

  • You have a degree in environmental engineering (m/f/d), biology (m/f/d) or law (m/f/d) with a focus on environmental law or a comparable specialisation
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the preparation and correction of environmental expert reports such as AFB, LBP or EAB within complex infrastructure projects or approval procedures
  • You are characterised by your sound knowledge in the planning and project planning of power lines as well as your sound knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines in the environmental and nature conservation sector
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German in order to be able to negotiate complex legal and technical issues confidently with authorities and clients
  • You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany, in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions and have a valid class B driving licence
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of organisational skills as well as strong planning skills and ideally have already gained some practical experience in working with government agencies
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work absolutely independently and goal-oriented in order to successfully complete the challenging projects in the field of environmental management
