For our client, a medium-sized workshop and testing technology company in Haldenwang, we are looking for you as an Event Management Clerk (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with a takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent organisation of various events such as dealer and customer events as well as national and international trade fairs, including all detailed logistical planning
  • In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating trade fair construction and obtaining and processing offers from relevant service providers while strictly adhering to the budget
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the provision of all marketing materials and manage the internal pool of advertising materials and trade fair exhibits in close cooperation with the logistics department

  • You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of the public image at events, to ensure optimal representation of our customer
  • As part of your role, you will support the responsible event manager with administrative tasks and the content of professional presentations for decision-makers
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the detailed follow-up of all events by monitoring the success of the communication channels and preparing decision-ready analyses of the trade fair data obtained for annual planning

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or event management assistant (m/f/d) and have sound theoretical knowledge
  • In addition, you have relevant professional experience in the field of marketing as well as in the operational planning and implementation of trade fairs and events in an industrial environment
  • Your confident knowledge of the common MS Officeapplications as well as in the use of modern marketing tools and ERP systems for inventory management characterise you professionally
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as good English skills for communication with international service providers and customers are a matter of course for you:
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of organisational talent and strong communication skills to successfully coordinate and manage various interface departments and external partners
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player with a structured way of working and always maintain the necessary overview even in time-critical phases of trade fair preparation
