• You will provide 3rd level support for the Exchange and messaging infrastructure
• You will operate and administer Exchange Server On-Prem and hybrid Exchange Online environments
• You will analyse complex mail routing faults, in transport rules and in hybrid configurations and manage their resolution
• You are also responsible for the stability of mail flow, SMTP communication, DNS integration and hybrid setup
• You work closely with infrastructure, identity and security teams

• You have completed IT training or a degree in the IT environment
• In addition, you have in-depth experience with Exchange Server On-Prem (2013, 2016 or 2019)
• You have experience in operating hybrid Exchange environments with Exchange Online
• You also have in-depth knowledge of Mailflow, SMTP, DNS, Autodiscover and ideally Azure AD Connect
• You work in a structured, analytical and confident manner in 3rd level troubleshooting
• Last but not least, you speak English and German at a business fluent level (min. C1)
