Job description
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international export and customs regulations for the smooth dispatch of goods
- In addition, you will be responsible for the precise processing of all export orders from the initial order entry to final invoicing
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the consistent application and monitoring of current export control and embargo regulations to avoid legal risks in daily trade
- Careful maintenance of article and customer data within the ERP system is also part of your daily tasks to ensure clean data. and embargo regulations to avoid legal risks in day-to-day trade

- As part of your work, you will support the professional preparation of all export-relevant documents such as certificates of origin and preference certificates for the respective customer:
- Using the ATLAS customs software, you will handle the electronic export declarations professionally and communicate securely with all freight forwarders involved
- Finally, you will be responsible for coordinating deadlines and monitoring delivery dates to ensure that the goods are ready for worldwide dispatch on time
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding agent (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have several years of practical professional experience in operational customs clearance and the preparation of complex export documentation for the international market
- You are confident in the use of common ERP systems, ATLAS customs software and MS Office applications characterise you in your work
- German language skills at native speaker level as well as good written and spoken English skills for communicating with international customers:
- Furthermore, you are characterised by a high degree of reliability and a pronounced professional competence in the field of customs regulations for legally compliant processing
- Finally, you are motivated for continuous further training and always work in a very independent, structured and absolutely goal-oriented manner in a team
- In addition to your professional expertise, you also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
