• You will be responsible for creating and checking export documents
• You will also handle the processing of international shipping orders and the coordination of transport
• You will be responsible for processing and checking export declarations
• In addition, you will take care of maintaining export-relevant data
• You will also communicate and liaise closely with customers, suppliers and service providers
• You are responsible for checking and ensuring compliance with legal export regulations
• In addition, you provide support in the optimisation of shipping and customs processes
• Last but not least, you are responsible for managing international customer relationships (esp. USA, Australia, Japan)

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of export as well as in-depth knowledge of customs clearance for the secure handling of complex international shipping processes
• Your solid knowledge of common IT skills and your routine handling of ERP systems and export softwareskills as well as your experienced handling of ERP systems and export software characterise you for this demanding position
• German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as very good English skills for daily communication with customers are a matter of course for you
