• You carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work and coordinate the process
• Independently prioritise and process service and repair requests in the CMMS
• Supervise external service providers manage, supervise and check external service providers according to technical and quality specifications
• responsibly monitor the temperature monitoring system and act as the first point of contact in the event of malfunctions and accidents
• reliably ensure compliance with technical standards and all occupational safety and building regulations
• create and analyse key figures in a structured manner, reports and scorecards to optimise processes and services
• Conscientiously create purchase requisitions, check invoices and support cost control
• Actively support internal and external audits and implement measures derived from them
• Involve yourself in planning and construction projects as part of the site expansion
• Work closely with the EMEA Facilities Helpdesk to further develop global FM processes

• You have completed a technical or craft apprenticeship
• You have several years of experience in technical or infrastructural building management
• You are characterised by a very good technical understanding and experience with technical building systems
• Experience in managing external service providers is part of your profile
• You are confident with CMMS or ticketing systems. ticketing systems; ERP knowledge such as SAP is an advantage for you
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Fluent German and very good English skills as well as a valid work permit
