Job description
- You will be responsible for the technological monitoring of all supply systems and safety technology, evaluating all relevant protocols to prevent future malfunctions
- In addition, you will be responsible for the detailed planning and coordination of all maintenance measures and will independently obtain quotations from external service providers for necessary repairs
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the conscientious maintenance of the system database and actively support the professional commissioning of new service providers for necessary repairs

- finally, you are responsible for planning targeted measures to qualify the team members reporting to you in order to ensure the continuous development of professional skills within your entire area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have a degree in Facility Management (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d) or as a building services engineer (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have many years of relevant professional experience in the field of technical building equipment and also have a sound qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Your confident knowledge in the use of the entire MS Office package as well as your strong ability to visualise complex and large amounts of datapackage as well as your strong ability to visualise complex and large amounts of data distinguish you in your everyday work
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as fluent English skills are essential for communication with all parties involved
