Job description
- You carry out minor repairs independently and ensure that operating equipment always remains functional
- When organising and supporting service providers, you coordinate appointments and check the quality of the work carried out
- You actively support internal removals, take care of logistics and facilitate smooth processes
Requirements
- You have experience in the field of building and supply technology, especially in classic caretaker activities or comparable tasks
- You have a technical understanding and manual skills and use both routinely
- You are confident with a PC and complete digital tasks efficiently
- You use standard office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel without difficulty
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
