Job description

  • You will be responsible for the complete processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including account clarification and master data maintenance for the entire company
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the processing of daily payment transactions and the monitoring of all open items within financial accounting
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). guidelines at all times

Requirements

  • Training as a financial accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar experience forms the ideal basis for your successful start
  • You have 3 years of professional experience in the field of financial accounting and have a profound understanding of all processes of modern accounting
  • Your IT skills in DATEV or a comparable ERP system are secure and you are experienced in all common MS Office applications
  • You have a good command of the German language at native speaker level.applications
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written are absolutely natural for you for precise communication with customers and partners
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany as well as a permanent residence in Germany as a mandatory requirement for this long-term permanent position
  • As a team-oriented personality, you convince with a structured way of working, absolute reliability as well as a high affinity for numbers and discretion in dealing with sensitive data
