• Your main task is to check and post incoming invoices and bank statements
• In addition, you will reconcile G/L and personal accounts as well as the cash balance
• You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining personal accounts
• Accounting for and reconciling G/L and personal accounts and personal accounts independently
• In the context of trade credit insurance, you report and maintain customer data
• You also create direct debits, payment instructions and monthly financial statements
• You prepare documents for credit committee meetings and for the annual financial statements

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with completed further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d), commercial specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of accounting
• Your precise, careful and independent way of working characterises you
• Communication skills and an affinity for IT and numbers are a matter of course for you
