• You will independently and reliably handle the operational implementation and ensure the entire accounting process for our customer
• In addition, you will be responsible for asset accounting and ensure complete documentation and the correct recording of all relevant asset additions
• You will conscientiously record, scan and properly file incoming invoices, proactively requesting missing documents from the relevant departments if necessary
• You handle the dunning process with confidence and also create the necessary due date lists and weekly payment runs to ensure liquidity within the company
• Within the scope of your work, you are responsible for processing open items as well as responsible for processing open items and clarifying accounts and act as a competent contact person
• Responsibility for treasury management and cash management, including the preparation of regular cash forecasts, is largely your responsibility

• Successfully completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) forms the basis of your qualification
• In addition, you have completed specialised further training to become a certified accountant (m/f/d) or alternatively have successfully completed a degree in business administration
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position as well as very good accounting knowledge in accordance with the provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB) characterise your profile
• Your solid knowledge of the common MS Office products, whereby you are particularly proficient in Excel for complex data analyses and spreadsheets
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication in the client's international business environment
• You have a talent for organisation and a structured way of working, while at the same time you have a deep understanding of complex business processes and the relevant key figures
• In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
