- Accounting and document management are part of your daily activities and you will also take care of the preparatory financial accounting
- Maintain and check all accounting-relevant documents and also contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- You will communicate with the tax office, various authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions in a secure and reliable manner
- You contribute your expertise in the preparation and review of time recording data and absences, and you also provide support in the area of payroll accounting with master data maintenance, certificates and reporting
- You organise the interface work to digital systems such as DATEV and Sage efficiently and innovatively
Requirements
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
- As a tax clerk:r or with relevant commercial training, you bring valuable knowledge
- The team can always rely on your experience in financial accounting
- You can supplement your sound knowledge of tax and social security law with knowledge of labour law if desired
- You are familiar with DATEV in daily practice and apply your skills confidently
- Your structured approach, independent way of working and the ability to communicate clearly and work in a team characterise you
