- You will check and process the sales data from the daily financial statements
- Your responsibilities will include invoice verification, accounting and document posting
- You will also be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- In addition, you will manage the cash register and post the bank and cash receipts
- You will also reconcile the accounts
- You will also work on the annual financial statements and support the tax office by providing input
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have also completed further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
- You have approx. 1-3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting programmes
- for work in accounts payable and accounts receivable, cost and performance accounting and participation in the annual financial statements
- You have a good understanding of numbers and mathematical concepts
- Reliability and discretion in dealing with financial data are a matter of course for you
- Your working style is structured and organised
- A driving licence and a car are an advantage
