• You are responsible for accounts payable, check, record and allocate all incoming invoices, reliably reconcile accounts payable and are the contact person for internal and external partners:
• You carefully process asset accounting and ensure that all business transactions are properly recorded for VAT purposes
• You provide conscientious support in the preparation of advance VAT returns and declarations
• You actively work on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, quarterly and annual financial statements, contribute your experience from the HGB and international context and ensure the correct reconciliation of all relevant accounts
• with your ideas you improve ongoing processes and help to align the accounting department with new requirements

• You have relevant experience as a financial accountant with sound expertise in the areas of accounts payable, asset accounting and VAT
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• You are confident in using accounting systems and quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes
• A sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team define your working style, You master your day-to-day work in an independent and structured manner
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• With open, direct and modern communication, you actively contribute to the team
