- You keep an eye on our accounts receivable - reconcile customer accounts, maintain master data and take care of dunning
- You maintain our accounts payable - check, allocate and post incoming invoices, prepare payment runs and ensure that accounts are clean
- In general ledger accounting, you post all business transactions and work on the monthly and annual financial statements (HGB or IFRS). IFRS)
- Personnel accounting is also part of your job - from payroll accounting to holiday and working time accounts to notifications to health insurance companies and authorities
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training - preferably supplemented by further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or something comparable
- In addition, you have several years of experience in financial accounting - ideally in all the areas mentioned
- You are confident in using accounting software (preferably SAGE KHK / Sage HR) and MS Office, especially Excel
- good knowledge of tax and social security law will also benefit you
