- You will prepare and review opening balance sheets in accordance with the legal requirements of HGB and IFRS, taking into account all relevant guidelines
- You will value assets and liabilities and ensure that they are correctly recognised
- in close cooperation with tax advisors, auditors and management to ensure compliance
- You also analyse and interpret complex financial data in the context of accounting
- The efficient use of accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP or DATEV is an integral part of your daily work
- In addition, you plan and carry out targeted project work in the area of opening balance sheet accounting
Requirements
- You have completed training or a degree in financial accounting, accounting or a related subject
- Furthermore, you have sound knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, accounting and the principles of proper accounting
- You have experience with accounting regulations according to HGB and IFRS as well as basic knowledge of tax law
- You can also demonstrate practical experience in the preparation of opening balance sheets
- In dealing with accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP orsystems such as SAP or DATEV
