Job description

  • You will support the financial accounting department in day-to-day business so that all transactions are processed correctly and on time
  • You will check invoices and handle accounting and payment transactions so that financial processes are properly documented
  • You will ensure that open items are reliably tracked by processing and monitoring the dunning process, that open items are reliably tracked
  • you support your team with administrative and organisational tasks and keep processes structured
  • by maintaining relevant data in the system, you ensure that information remains complete and up-to-date

Requirements

  • You have experience in customer service or order management in the automotive or industrial environment and use this knowledge in the financial environment
  • You support smooth processes, as you have a very good understanding of EDI processes and delivery schedules (e.g. DELFOR, DELJIT, delivery schedule control). DELFOR, DELJIT, delivery schedule control)
  • With your knowledge of call-off planning, scheduling and supply chain processes, you understand interrelationships beyond the financial area
