• You are responsible for preparing and setting up the winding machine according to plan, including adjusting the measuring equipment
• According to specifications from tables,
• You will set cutting values and tools according to specifications from tables, drawings or setting plans
• The production of windings of a winding type on the winding machine - also using floor conveyors - is just as much a part of your tasks as checking parts for dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness
• You will document rework and rejects, correct setting data and cutting values and, if necessary, arrange for acceptance
• If changes need to be made to drawings or documentation, you will independently point this out
• You will rectify process faults on machines or ensure that they are rectified, determine the causes and forward fault descriptions
• You will also be responsible for carrying out maintenance and cleaning work, monitoring repair and maintenance intervals as well as minor repair and maintenance work in accordance with specifications

• Ideally, you have completed training as an electronics technician for machines and drive technology (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in reading drawings and your precise and persistent way of working characterises you
• A crane and forklift licence is an advantage for you - but this is not a must, because you can also acquire this with us through further training
• Your German language skills are at least at level B2
• You are prepared to work in 3 shifts
• Quality awareness is one of your strengths
