Job description
- You will independently coordinate every board trip to relevant appointments and ensure that all participants reach their destination safely and on time
- The choice of vehicles is your responsibility as Mobility Manager (m/f/d), Fleet Manager (m/f/d) or Fleet Manager (m/f/d); you oversee all steps relating to purchasing, leasing or contracts and ensure successful resale
- you always keep track of maintenance schedules, repairs, insurance claims and fuel consumption trends, while continuously working to optimise fleet costs
- you regularly check whether the driving licences of all drivers are valid and coordinate compliance with accident prevention regulations, plan training courses on safe driving and initiate UVV inspections
- for innovative further development, you are committed to the topic of sustainability, promote e-mobility, design the size of the fleet according to requirements and thus make an active contribution to reducing the ecological footprint
- you gain important insights based on performance data and use these to continuously improve processes and procedures in fleet management
Requirements
- You have completed training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or in a comparable technical or commercial profession
- Your profile will be enhanced if you have already completed certification or further training in fleet management
- You are proficient with MS Office programmes, have a strong technical understanding and quickly recognise how different processes are connected
- a class B driving licence is a matter of course for you and is essential in your day-to-day work
- flexibility is a matter of course for you, you also have no problem with occasional weekend assignments
- you have a good command of German and a valid work permit
